Many people are worried about when to eat?? By reading somewhere or by watching some videos people starts eating breakfast in the morning, then they eat brunch after one or two hours of the breakfast, they eat lunch after some time, then again they get some evening snacks and then again dinner and in between they keep their mouth busy with some chocolates, chips, toffees etc.
Is it soo difficult to find out answer to this question?
I dont think that you have to treat your body as a machine to stay healthy. You don't even need to search on the internet when to eat😊
Simplest answer to the question is "Eat when you are really hungry".
Remember no one can tell you when should you eat better than your own body.
It is correct that you should have breakfast in the morning as you really feel hungry in the morning because your stomach is empty at that time. So feeling hungry in the morning and having breakfast is very natural you don't need to do research for that. But after breakfast you should eat very carefully and only if necessary.
Anything less than or more than your need is harmful for you.
If you keep eating unnecessarily, your body needs lot of energy to digest that extra food, and to get that extra energy your body again need some more food. So all day this cycle continues and as a result you will feel more hungry and less energetic or tired whole day.
So listen to your body and eat only when you are hungry.
